余伯泉 said he gave my article to Zheng Zhi-Lang,
but apparently it doesn't work, because Zheng Zhi-Lang just
announced that the decision of MOE is to adopt Hanyu Pinyin.
Furthermore, Zheng still use "you cannot access 陳水扁's data
from international database" as his "killer argument"...

Zheng Zhi-Lang i-teng ai lo-tai!
